Preparation and Baking
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the can of biscuits and separate each one gently. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a small bowl, mix the white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon thoroughly.
- In a large skillet, melt 1-2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the quartered biscuit pieces to the skillet, stirring gently to coat them in the melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the biscuit pieces in the skillet and toss gently.
- Transfer the coated biscuit pieces to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- While the bites bake, combine the powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl, whisking until smooth.
- After baking, let the biscuit bites cool for a few moments, then drizzle the glaze over the top.
