Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of biscuits and separate each one gently. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon thoroughly.
  4. In a large skillet, melt 1-2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the quartered biscuit pieces to the skillet, stirring gently to coat them in the melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the biscuit pieces in the skillet and toss gently.
  7. Transfer the coated biscuit pieces to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. While the bites bake, combine the powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl, whisking until smooth.
  9. After baking, let the biscuit bites cool for a few moments, then drizzle the glaze over the top.
