- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Thaw the puff pastry for about 20 minutes on a floured surface.

- Combine softened cream cheese and feta cheese in a bowl until smooth. Fold in fresh herbs.

- Roll out the puff pastry to ⅛ inch thick. Spread the creamy filling evenly across the pastry, leaving a border.

- Sprinkle chopped cranberries over the filling, then roll the pastry tightly to create a log shape.

- Slice the log into ½-inch thick rounds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with egg wash.

- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.

- Transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly before serving.
