Method
 

Marinating the Shrimp
  1. Combine large shrimp with egg white and seasonings, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Preparing the Alfredo Sauce
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic, whisk in cream, then stir in Parmesan until thickened.
Making the Garlic Butter
  1. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and salt to create garlic butter.
Breading the Shrimp
  1. Dredge marinated shrimp in seasoned flour, fry in batches until golden brown.
Preparing the Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F, slice bread, brush with garlic butter, and toast for 5-7 minutes.
Assembling the Bread
  1. Spread Alfredo sauce on toasted bread, top with mozzarella, fried shrimp, crab, and more cheese.
Final Bake
  1. Bake assembled bread for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
