- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and yellow mustard until smooth and creamy. Cover and chill for 15 minutes.
- Slice the focaccia bread in half lengthwise and toast lightly for 2-3 minutes if desired. Slice avocado, tomato, and red onion, and pull apart chicken.
