Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat a grill or heavy skillet over medium-high heat to about 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Cook the bacon in the hot skillet for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon grease.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, bacon grease, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to prepare the baconnaise sauce.
  4. Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into loose balls. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Smash the seasoned beef balls into thin patties on the hot skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
