Brownies Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together sugar, sour cream, softened unsalted butter, and eggs for 2-3 minutes.
- Mash very ripe bananas and fold into the creamed mixture along with vanilla extract. Mix gently.
