Cooking Steps

  3. Shape the chicken mixture into a firm loaf or press into a parchment-lined loaf pan.
  4. Place the formed loaf into the air fryer and cook for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check that it reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let the kebab rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve the sliced kebab with a tomato-cucumber salad and sauces like garlic tahini or tzatziki.
