  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt adjust to taste
  • 2 cups Pre-Cooked Pulled Pork or shredded chicken/turkey
  • 1 cup Sliced Ham leftover ham works well
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles or pickled jalapeños/cucumbers
  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese can substitute with provolone or pepper jack
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard or Dijon/honey mustard

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to low broil and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Split the submarine rolls lengthwise and place them cut side up on the lined baking sheet.
  3. Mix melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and kosher salt in a bowl.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides of the rolls.
  5. Toast the rolls in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Dice pulled pork, sliced ham, dill pickles, and Swiss cheese, and mix with yellow mustard.
  7. Fill each toasted roll with the meat and cheese mixture, pressing lightly to meld together.
  8. Serve immediately while warm and melty.
