Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Sprinkle in ground cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes until everything is well incorporated.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during grilling. Meanwhile, preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F.
- Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions. Shape each portion around a skewer into an oval or rectangular kabob form, pressing gently but firmly to ensure they stick.
- Drizzle each kabob lightly with olive oil, using a brush or your hands to coat them evenly.
- Place the kabobs on the preheated grill. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning them occasionally for even browning, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Once grilled, remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
