  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, ground cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Divide meat mixture into four equal portions. Mold each portion around a skewer into long, oval shapes.
  5. Brush each kabob lightly with olive oil and grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
