  • 2 tablespoons Hot Chicken Seasoning blend of cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, and sugar
For the Cheese & Mayo
  • 4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese can substitute with provolone, cheddar, or mozzarella
  • ½ cup Spicy Mayo mix mayo with pickle brine
For the Hoagie Composition
  • 4 pieces Hoagie Rolls can use baguettes or ciabatta
  • 1 cup Pickles dill pickles recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Chipotles can substitute with smoked paprika or hot sauce

Method
 

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
  1. Thinly slice the chicken breast into even pieces and coat with hot chicken seasoning. Allow to marinate for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Make Spicy Mayo
  1. Combine mayonnaise with pickle brine in a mixing bowl until smooth. Adjust for taste.

  1. Slice the hoagie rolls open, layer with chicken, top with cheese, pickles, and spicy mayo.
