  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard can be used in a pinch
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Use garlic powder if fresh isn’t available

Kebabs
  • 1.5 pounds Sirloin Steak Cut into 1¼ inch pieces; ribeye or flank steak can be substituted
  • 2 cups Button or Cremini Mushrooms Halve or leave whole; zucchini cubes can substitute
  • 2 cups Bell Peppers Varied colors provide sweetness; zucchini or cherry tomatoes can be used
  • 1 large Red Onion Diced into 1¼-inch chunks; sweet onions or shallots can also work
  • to taste Salt Essential for basic seasoning
  • to taste Pepper Adjust according to your personal taste
  • optional Garlic Powder Use more minced garlic for stronger flavor
  • as needed pieces Wooden Skewers Soak in water to prevent burning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Place sirloin steak in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over, seal tightly, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to 425°F and prepare the vegetables by drizzling with olive oil and seasoning.
  4. Assemble the kebabs by threading steak and vegetables onto soaked skewers.
  5. Grill kebabs for 8-9 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches the desired doneness.
