Preparation Steps
- Whisk together lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss in marinade to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through to an internal temp of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove skewers from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving with lime juice or sauce.
