Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine your chicken thighs with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and corn starch. Allow the chicken to marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of neutral oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken thighs to the hot pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Add the white parts of the chopped scallions to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they soften.
  5. Toss in the green parts of the scallions and stir quickly for another 10-20 seconds.
