- Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

- Add drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss gently. Use reserved pasta water to achieve desired sauce consistency.
- Fold in chopped parsley and top with grated Parmesan and lemon zest. Serve warm.
