Method
 

Pasta Dough

Rolling Dough
  1. Divide dough and roll out to desired thickness, cut into preferred shape.
Marinara Sauce
  1. Heat olive oil, add garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add tomatoes, simmer for 15-20 minutes, season with salt, pepper, and basil.
Cooking Pasta
  1. Boil salted water, add pasta and cook for 2-4 minutes until al dente, then drain.
Combining Pasta and Sauce
  1. Toss pasta with marinara sauce over medium heat, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
