Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Sauté chicken in olive oil seasoned with salt and pepper for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F). Let rest and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden, being careful not to burn.
  4. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted.
  5. Add sliced chicken and cooked pasta, tossing gently. If too thick, add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes over low heat.
