  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill or parsley chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels and let them come to room temperature.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dill or parsley, and honey.
  3. Coat the salmon fillets with the marinade and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F / 200°C).
  5. Place salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove salmon from grill and let rest for 2 minutes before garnishing and serving.
