Preparation Steps
- Wash the cucumbers thoroughly under cool water, then slice them thinly, about ⅛ inch thick.
- In a separate bowl, combine the chili powder, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber slices and gently toss to coat.
