Method
 

Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Brush shrimp with olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mixture.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked.
  7. Whisk together honey and lime juice in a bowl.
  8. Drizzle honey-lime mixture over the shrimp and garnish with cilantro.
